About this role

This role is for 1:1 SEN Tutors in Romsey, offered by Supply Staff on a contract basis at £20 to £35 per hour. Tutors will deliver personalised one-to-one tuition tailored to individual learning needs, supporting children and young people with additional needs. Experience with SEND, EHCP, Autism, ADHD, SEMH or related needs is highly desirable. Tuition can cover English, Maths, Science, GCSE core subjects, general curriculum support and Functional Skills, from Early Years to post-16. Both short-term interventions and longer-term placements are available, delivered face-to-face and online.

Supply Staff are looking for experienced 1:1 SEN Tutors to join our growing Hampshire tutoring network.

We have a range of current and upcoming opportunities supporting children and young people with additional needs, delivering personalised 1:1 tuition tailored to individual learning needs.

Experience with one or more of the following is highly desirable:

  • SEND / EHCP

  • Autism / ASD

  • ADHD

  • SEMH

  • Anxiety / EBSA

  • School refusal / non-attendance

  • Speech, language and communication needs

  • Cognition and learning needs

  • Emotional regulation

  • Behavioural support

  • Re-engagement with education

Tutoring requirements can include English, Maths, Science, GCSE core subjects, general curriculum support and Functional Skills, from Early Years through to post-16.

We are interested in QTS teachers, SEN teachers, experienced tutors, teaching assistants with strong tutoring experience, AP practitioners and FE professionals.

Both short-term interventions and longer-term placements are available, with face-to-face and online opportunities depending on the referral.
