Account Manager/Senior Account Manager

This role is for an Account Manager/Senior Account Manager based in Winchester on a hybrid basis, with a salary of £30,000 to £45,000 per annum plus benefits. You will manage and nurture clients across a variety of sectors, building effective relationships and helping the team produce award-winning results. Responsibilities include planning and joining pitch and new business meetings, creating proposals and quotations, booking in projects and scheduling work with the production manager, managing client workflow to ensure deadlines are met, and maintaining quality and consistency before work goes to clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, highly successful marketing agency with an excellent client base. You will be managing and nurturing clients across a variety of sectors, building effective relationships and helping the team produce award winning results

Your role will involve:

• Help plan and join pitch and new business meetings
• Create proposals and quotations for the work required
• Book in projects and schedule any work required with the production manager
• Manage client workflow and ensure deadlines are met
• Have a good understanding of online and offline marketing services we offer
• Ensure quality and consistency of work before it goes to clients
• Manage client expectations
• Regular Zoom and face-to-face meetings on and off-site
• Be able to interpret client briefings
• Be aware of and able to identify new business and organic growth opportunities
• Build strong relationships with internal team members, clients and partners

You will be the ideal candidate due to your:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing agency environment
• Excellent communication, written English and grammar skills
• Degree in either marketing or a related subject
• Experience in using website CMS systems, in particular WordPress
• Commercial awareness
• Ability to cope well under pressure meet tight deadlines
• Understanding of web and digital, SEO, PPC and HubSpot CRM
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
