About this role

This Air Conditioning Engineer / HVAC Engineer role is based in London, mobile across the city, on a full-time basis. The salary is £35,000 to £45,000 per annum, plus a company van, overtime and pension. The successful engineer will carry out planned and reactive AC and HVAC maintenance across commercial and residential sites, service and maintain air conditioning systems, and diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs. Additional duties include completing routine inspections and PPM tasks, attending reactive callouts and breakdowns, and completing job reports, logbooks and compliance documentation.

Air Conditioning Engineer / HVAC Engineer - London


Mobile across London | Full-time | Company van + overtime opportunities
We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer / HVAC Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial and residential sites throughout London.
The Air Conditioning Engineer / HVAC Engineer will be a strong, technically capable engineer who can work independently, diagnose faults efficiently and deliver a high standard of service across a range of air conditioning and HVAC systems.

The Air Conditioning Engineer / HVAC Engineer responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned and reactive AC and HVAC maintenance
  • Service and maintain air conditioning systems
  • Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs
  • Complete routine inspections and PPM tasks
  • Attend reactive callouts and breakdowns
  • Complete job reports, logbooks and compliance documentation
  • Ensure all works are completed safely and to a high standard
  • Liaise professionally with clients and site teams


The Air Conditioning Engineer / HVAC Engineer will have:

  • Strong experience as an AC Engineer
  • Good knowledge of air conditioning and HVAC systems
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Experience carrying out planned and reactive maintenance
  • Relevant AC/HVAC qualifications
  • Ability to work independently across multiple sites
  • Professional and customer-focused approach
  • Flexibility for occasional out-of-hours work
