Application Support Analyst

This is an Application Support Analyst role based in Bristol on a hybrid basis, with a salary of £30,000 to £38,000 per annum plus excellent benefits. You will support and maintain core business applications, including ERP and other business applications, investigating and resolving application incidents and service requests. You will work with third-party suppliers and internal teams to troubleshoot system issues, and support application changes, upgrades and testing activities. Monitoring integrations, data flows and operational processes forms part of the role, as does partnering with business stakeholders to improve system functionality and performance. Participation in an on-call support rota is required when necessary.

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Previous experience in an Application Support Analyst or similar role.
• Experience supporting ERP and other applications.
• Good SQL skills.
• Experience working with .NET.
• Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
