Assistant Quantity Surveyor

This Assistant Quantity Surveyor role is based in Teversham, supporting project delivery across residential, hotels, offices, industrial and heritage schemes for an independent construction consultancy. Working alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors, you will assist with cost plans, estimates and budgets, support tendering and procurement activities, monitor project costs and reporting, manage variations and assist with final accounts, and attend client and contractor meetings. Full APC support is provided. Candidates should hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline, with ideally two or more years' experience in a cost consultancy or contractor environment.

You'll support the delivery of projects across a range of sectors including residential, hotels, offices, industrial and heritage schemes, working alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors and receiving full APC support.

Candidates should be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline, and ideally 2+ years' experience working in a cost consultancy or contractor environment.
