About this role
This role is for an Associate Quantity Surveyor in London, joining a growing multi-disciplinary construction consultancy. The successful candidate will lead the commercial delivery of major Data Centre projects alongside Infrastructure, Residential and Mixed-Use developments, working closely with senior leadership. Responsibilities include leading cost planning, procurement and commercial strategy, managing valuations, cost reporting, change control and contracts, acting as a trusted adviser to clients, mentoring junior surveyors, and supporting business development. The position offers a salary of £75,000 to £85,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits, with clear progression towards Director-level responsibility.

A growing multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is looking for an ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to join its expanding team.
This is an opportunity to lead the commercial delivery of major Data Centre projects as well as some Infrastructure, Residential and Mixed-Use developments, while working closely with senior leadership and helping shape the future growth of the business.

What you'll do
- Lead cost planning, procurement and commercial strategy.
- Manage valuations, cost reporting, change control and contracts.
- Act as a trusted adviser to clients on high-value projects.
- Mentor and develop junior surveyors.
- Support business development and client growth.
- Proven experience on large-scale construction projects.
- Strong pre and post-contract expertise.
- MRICS qualified, or working towards chartership.
- Commercially astute with excellent client-facing skills.
- Natural leadership qualities and a collaborative approach.
- Up to £85,000 salary, bonus and benefits.
