Chartered Building Surveyor

This role is for a Chartered Building Surveyor based in Uckfield, near Lewes in East Sussex, with a salary of £50,000 to £60,000 per annum plus car allowance, pension and other benefits. You will be responsible for delivering various projects and providing professional services to new and existing clients. The position requires experience in project management, ideally both contract administration and employer's agent work, and a track record of delivering professional services including Level 3 building surveys, dilapidations, Party Wall etc Act matters and defect diagnostic investigations. A positive attitude, keenness for personal development and good attention to detail are essential.

We are currently looking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor for the practice nr Lewes in East Sussex.

As a Chartered Building Surveyor you will be responsible for the delivery of various projects as well as providing Professional Services to new and existing clients.

We are looking for a forward thinking and adaptable Chartered Building Surveyor with experience in Project Management (ideally both Contract Administration and Employer's Agent) and a track record of delivering a range of Professional Services including Level 3 Building Surveys, Dilapidations, Party Wall etc Act and Defect Diagnostic Investigations.

Someone with a positive attitude to work and keenness for personal development as part of a successful growing practice.

With good attention to detail and desire to go above and beyond where required is also essential.
