Class 1 Driver

This Class 1 Driver role is based in Greater Manchester and requires a UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card. Our client may accept up to six points on your licence, but DD, TT, DR, CD and IN endorsements cannot be accepted. As a professional driver, you will need good knowledge of the Working Time Directive and the ability to manage your hours accordingly. You must be a UK resident and able to travel to and from the site for your shift. Job Title: HGV Class 1 Driver

• Deliveries and Collections (max 10 per day)-
• Handball required
• Shunting available

Location:-Middleton
Pay Rate: -18.33 to -27.50 per hour
Bonus:--150 sign up bonus (payable after 12 weeks)
Shifts:-Various shifts available - Monday to Friday - minimum 8 hours - block bookings + guaranteed rotas
Driver Type: Class 1 (C+E)
Experience: 12 months commercial driving = essential-

HGV Class 1 Driver - The role & responsibilities:

• Driving a-Class 1 vehicle
• Collections (handball and pallet)
• Standard route paperwork
• Pre & post route vehicle checks

About you:
You will have your Class 1 Driving Licence and at least 12 months experience in commercial driving. You must also have your UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card. Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we can not accept-DD, TT, DR, CD, IN-endorsements. As a professional driver, you will have a good knowledge of the Working Time Directive and be able to manage your hours accordingly.-

You will be a UK resident (we are unable to assist people with VISAs) and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift.-
