Class 2 ADR Driver - Cylinders - Roaming

This is a roaming Class 2 ADR Driver role based in Exeter, involving multi-drop deliveries of gas cylinders and manual handling of gas cylinders. You will deliver exceptional customer service and ensure safe, professional operations in line with client standards. A valid Cat C driving licence, Digi card, DCPC card and ADR licence in class 2 in packages are required, along with familiarity with drivers’ hours legislation and tachographs. Successful candidates require a DBS check. Shifts are Monday to Friday with some weekend shifts on a rota basis, around 7am to 5pm, and some overtime is required.

Competitive Pay: Earn -19.41 per hour, guaranteed 42.5 hours per week, overtime rates of -29.12 Weekends paid at -29.12 Rates are PAYE, 28 days holiday per year which increase with length of service.

Roaming Bonus - -25 per day

Shifts - Monday to Friday with some weekend shifts on a rota basis. The hours of work will be around the hours of 7am - 5pm. Some overtime is required.

Regional work: The role will involve staying in hotels and working at different depots across the South West region

Travelling time to depots from your home location paid, mileage (45p per mile), hotels provided plus meal allowances.

Requirements:

Details:

• New / inexperienced drivers who hold the relevant licences will be considered
• The role is due to start immediately and is an ongoing position
• For insurance purposes, you must have relevant HGV experience, should have no more than 6 points on your licence, and no DD or DR convictions in the last year.
