Class 2 Driver

This is a Class 2 Driver role based in Sherburn in Elmet, working Monday to Friday with 06:00 starts. The position involves driving a Class 2 (Cat C) vehicle for multi-drop deliveries, dropping carpets at various locations, which requires heavy lifting. Duties also include vehicle checks and completing the usual paperwork. A minimum of 12 months commercial driving experience and a Class 2 licence are required. Pay ranges from £15.07 to £22.14 per hour, with a minimum of 10 hours paid per day and overtime payable after 8 hours. Full training and a site induction are provided.

About you:
You-must-have your Class 2 Driving Licence and at least-12 months experience driving commercially. You must also have your UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card.-Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we can not accept-DD, TT, DR, CD, IN-endorsements.-

As a professional Driver, you will be up to date with the WTD regulations and maintain your own compliance requirements and you will be required to complete a Drug & Alcohol test and also a driving assessment.-

You-must-be a UK resident (we are unable to assist people with VISAs or relocation) and have the relevant Right To Work documentation.-
