CLEANER

This is a Cleaner role based in Kennoway with RGSS's client, a leading maintenance provider, covering cleaning works in schools. The position pays £14.24 per hour on a Monday to Friday working pattern. Duties include cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices and communal areas, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables, emptying bins, and dusting and sanitising surfaces. The role requires reliable, punctual and trustworthy individuals with good attention to detail, able to work independently and as part of a team. Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided. Successful applicants must undergo a PVG check.

Key Responsibilities

As a School Cleaner, your duties will include:

Cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices and communal areas

Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors

Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables

Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately

Dusting and sanitising surfaces

Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard

Following health and safety procedures at all times

Reliable, punctual and trustworthy individuals

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good attention to detail

Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided
