Continuous Improvement Manager

This is a Continuous Improvement Manager role based in Greenford, West London, working Monday to Friday. The salary is £60,000 to £67,000 per annum, with a 20% bonus and benefits including healthcare, meals and discounts. You will own and deliver the continuous improvement agenda, drive Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives, analyse data to improve performance and reduce waste, lead cross-functional improvement, and coach teams in CI tools and problem-solving. The position requires proven CI and Lean Manufacturing experience within Food or FMCG manufacturing, a strong background in Operational Excellence and Root Cause, and experience leading cross-functional change.

Our client is a leading processor within food manufacturing, with a reputation for product quality and industry-leading standards. Due to a recent investment in the site, they are looking to increase their output and bring onboard a Continuous Improvement Manager to their team.

Role & Responsibilities:

Own and deliver the CI
Drive Lean and Continuous Improvement Initiatives
Analyse data to improve performance and reduce waste
Lead cross-functional improvement
Coach teams in CI tools and problem-solving.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Proven CI and Lean Manufacturing experience in Food / FMCG manufacturing
Strong background in Operational Excellence and Root Cause
Experienced in leading cross-functional change and improvement
Data-driven with strong analytical, project management and Excel
Collaborative leader focused on driving measurable business
