Customer Service Advisor / Administrator

This Customer Service Advisor / Administrator role is based in Chicksands and pays £19.14 per hour, working 37 hours per week on a hybrid basis. You will draw on a strong background in customer service and complaints handling, including triaging complaints made via telephone calls or emails. The position requires confidence to chase outstanding actions and strong communication skills. All equipment must be collected and returned from Priory House, Shefford, and any equipment not returned or damaged may result in recovery costs.

Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Relations Officer
