Data Centre Site Manager

Optima Site Solutions is seeking an experienced Data Centre Site Manager in London to oversee and coordinate site activities on technically complex projects. The role involves managing daily site operations, engineers and subcontractors, coordinating M&E, HVAC and commissioning activities, and monitoring project progress, quality and safety standards. You will prepare and manage RAMS, permits and toolbox talks, attend site meetings and report progress to the Project Manager, ensuring all works are completed safely and on schedule. Applicants must hold a valid SMSTS (SSSTS may be considered), a First Aid at Work certificate and a valid CSCS Card, with previous experience as a Site Manager on construction, M&E or commissioning projects.

• Ensure all works are completed safely and on schedule.

Job Requirements

• Valid SMSTS (SSSTS may be considered).

• First Aid at Work certificate.

• Valid CSCS Card.

• Previous experience as a Site Manager on construction, M&E or commissioning projects.

• Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures.

• Good communication, organisational and IT skills.

• Data centre experience preferred.

• HVAC and commissioning experience desirable.
