About this role
This is a Design Manager role based in Manchester with a main contracting organisation, working within their NW Business Unit. The successful applicant will drive design from early RIBA stages through to construction and handover. Extensive Design Management experience in the building sector is required, gained from a Consultant, Architectural or Contracting background. Experience of Healthcare, Educational, Blue Light or Commercial projects is advantageous. The position offers £75,000 to £85,000 per annum, plus car allowance, pension and healthcare.
Job Description
