Field Service Engineer

This Field Service Engineer role with Essentia Solutions, based in London, covers London and the South East for a market leading floor care equipment maintenance business. The position involves troubleshooting various manufacturers' machines, providing technical support to customers, and carrying out both reactive and PPM maintenance. Candidates should ideally hold an electrical or electro-mechanical qualification, a full clean driving licence, and previous field service experience in janitorial and floor care equipment. Experience in the cleaning industry is essential. The salary is £38,000 to £45,000 per annum, based on experience, with door to door pay.

Essentia Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a market leading floor care equipment maintenance-business based in London. The business looks after a wide range of equipment from vacuums to ride on floor scrubber dryers.

Due to expansion of their service team, they are currently looking for a field service engineer to cover London and the South East.

The Duties of the role include:

• Trouble Shooting various manufacturers machines
• Provide technical Support to customers
• Both Reactive and PPM Maintenance

Key Requirements-

• Troubleshooting, Technical Support, Maintenance & Repair skills
• Ideally hold an electrical or electro-mechanical qualification
• Hold a full, clean driving licence
• Previous field service experience in janitorial and floor care equipment
• Excellent communication and IT skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the cleaning industry is essential
• Relevant certifications or training in equipment maintenance and repair
