Finance Manager

This Finance Manager role is based in Shottery, Stratford Upon Avon, with a salary of £55,000 and office-based hours of 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the finance department, including two Finance Assistants, and collaborate with wider business teams. You will ensure the business has accurate finance information and effective processes, with freedom to suggest process improvements. Candidates should have experience as a Finance Manager, Management Accountant or similar, and hold relevant qualifications. The role will grow and develop as the company grows.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Finance Manager will oversee the day to day running of the finance department including 2 Finance Assistants and much collaboration with the wider business teams. You will ensure the business has accurate finance information and effective processes. You will ensure monthly management reporting and work closely with the business leaders.

The Finance Manager Role:
- Day-to-day ownership of the finance department
- Responsible for management accounts & reporting
- Financial control - maintain strong balance sheet control and financial processes
- Support cash flow & working capital
- Manage and develop the Finance Assistants
- Support budgeting & forecasting

The Finance Manager Required:
- Qualified accountant ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
- Experience as a Finance Manager, Management Accountant or similar
- Management accounting, month-end and balance sheet control experience
- Excited about growth opportunities, process improvements and development opportunities
- Strong Excel skills
