Finance Manager

This Finance Manager role in Tenbury Wells offers a qualified accountant the chance to influence business performance directly. The position involves taking ownership of month-end reporting, management accounts, KPIs and Board packs, alongside partnering with operational teams to understand performance and improve profitability. Role Overview

• Take ownership of month-end reporting, management accounts, KPIs and Board packs
• Partner with operational teams to understand performance and improve profitability
• Manage manufacturing costing, production variance and margin analysis
• Oversee inventory controls, reconciliations, stocktakes and valuation
• Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts and scenario modelling
• Co-ordinate financial controls & reporting, including processes and systems

The Ideal Candidate

• A qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, ICAEW, CIMA) with strong experience from a manufacturing, inventory or stock environment
• Comfortable working alongside operational teams and senior stakeholders
• Commercially astute, with an analytical approach to aid operational & business performance
