Finishing Foreman - Penrith

This Finishing Foreman role in Penrith involves working with an established national housebuilder on a busy new-build residential development. Starting ASAP and running until Christmas, you will focus on getting plots finished and ready for handover, including managing snagging and finishing works, producing and completing snag lists, coordinating trades and pushing outstanding works through, and checking the quality of completed works. You will work closely with the site management team to hit handover dates and ensure plots are finished to the required standard. Previous experience as a Finishing Foreman, Finishing Manager or Site Manager on new-build housing is essential, along with confidence managing trades and driving plots through the final stages to handover.

Your new role

We are looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman to start ASAP, with work running until Christmas.

You'll be focused on getting plots finished and ready for handover, including:

• Managing snagging and finishing works
• Producing and completing snag lists
• Coordinating trades and pushing outstanding works through
• Checking the quality of completed works
• Getting properties ready for customer handover
• Working closely with the site management team to hit handover dates
• Ensuring plots are finished to the required standard

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience as a Finishing Foreman, Finishing Manager or Site Manager on new-build housing is essential.
You'll need to be confident managing trades and driving plots through the final stages to handover.
Relevant CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS and First Aid qualifications
