Floor Manager

You will lead, coach and motivate the store team, deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience, while driving sales performance and achieving store KPIs. The position also involves maintaining outstanding visual merchandising standards, supporting recruitment, training and employee development, and ensuring efficient stock management and loss prevention. You will assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and promote a positive, inclusive and energetic team culture. Previous supervisory or management experience within fashion retail is required, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Zachary Daniels are looking for an experienced Floor Manager to join a dynamic fashion retail team in Belfast. As a Floor Manager, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience, leading a motivated team, and ensuring the store operates to the highest standards.

The successful Floor Manager will be passionate about fashion, confident in leading people, and driven to achieve sales targets while maintaining excellent visual merchandising and operational standards.
