Flt Driver

Our client is looking for experienced FLT Drivers to join their busy operation in Oldbury, paying £13 per hour. You will operate a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently, load and unload vehicles, and move and store stock and materials around the warehouse and yard. Counterbalance FLT experience is essential, along with a valid FLT licence or certificate and previous experience in a warehouse, yard or industrial environment. Reach FLT experience is desirable but not essential. You must have a good understanding of health and safety procedures and be reliable, punctual and hardworking.

Our client is currently looking for experienced FLT Drivers to join their busy operation. We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals who have previous forklift experience and are confident working in a fast-paced warehouse or industrial environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Moving and storing stock and materials around the warehouse and yard.
• Loading and unloading pallets.
• Carrying out daily FLT safety checks.
• Ensuring goods are handled and stored safely.
• Following all site health & safety procedures.
• Supporting general warehouse duties when required.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.

Requirements:

• Counterbalance FLT experience is essential.
• Valid FLT licence/certificate.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse, yard or industrial environment.
• Reach FLT experience is desirable but not essential.
• Good understanding of health & safety procedures.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a busy environment.
