FM General Manager

This is an FM General Manager role based predominantly at the main campus in Ealing, with responsibility for two satellite sites in Reading and Oxford. The position sits on a large higher education contract worth £8m per year, now eight years into a ten-year term with retender in 2028. The successful candidate will have operated at GM level or equivalent, with senior-level experience of managing Hard FM and an understanding of managing soft FM. The client relationship is good, though the role remains challenging. Salary is £75,000 to £80,000 per annum plus package.

FM General Manager - Higher Education - West London - salary to £80k plus package

Based predominantly from the main campus in Ealing, however you will also have responsibility for two satellite sites in Reading and Oxford. The overall relationship with the client a good, however this remains a challenging role which is 8 years into a 10 year contract with retender happening in 2028.
