Groundworker/Landscaper (Social Housing)

This is a permanent Groundworker/Landscaper role in Essex, carrying out maintenance works in the social housing sector for Regen Solution. The majority of work involves day-to-day reactive repairs in occupied and void properties in the Walthamstow/Essex area. Main duties include multi trade repairs, fencing, block paving, concreting, patios, decking, turfing, artificial grass, sleepers, putting greens and external lighting. Social housing experience, full tools and a UK driving licence are essential. The role pays £170 - £180/day, with a van and fuel card provided immediately.
