Head Chef

This Head Chef role in Barnet is offered on a day rate of £155 to £200. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning menus and ensuring food quality and taste is of the highest standard. Duties also include managing inventory of stock and ordering raw materials, controlling budgets and minimising wastage, and maintaining health and hygiene in the kitchen. The postholder will organise the duty roster of the staff and recruit, train and develop staff.
