HGV Class 1 Driver

This role is for an HGV Class 1 Driver based in Skelmersdale, working ongoing night shifts with containers. The pay is £17.50 per hour if holiday is accrued, or £19.61 per hour including holiday. Applicants must hold a valid C+E licence with at least two years of C+E work, a valid Dock Card, a DCPC card, and have zero points on their licence. Duties include demonstrating a good working knowledge of EU Driver hours and WTR rules, alongside health and safety awareness. Drivers can expect hourly PAYE rates, with the option to accrue holiday pay within their hourly rate or build a holiday pot.

NIGHTS SHIFT

• £19.61ph inc holiday or £17.50ph if accrued.

Min 2 years experience and 0 points on licence.

• Valid Dock Card

• 0 points on licence

• DCPC Valid card for Driver Certificate of professional competence card

• Good working knowledge of EU Driver hours and WTR rules

Our HGV class 1 drivers can expect Hourly PAYE rates and have the option to accrue holiday pay within their hourly rate or build a holiday pot to be paid when they are on holiday.
