HR Manager

This HR Manager role in Manchester involves taking full ownership of the day-to-day HR function while providing strong HR leadership and support to the Site Leadership Team and line managers. Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of employee relations, such as disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance management and investigations, and driving improvements in attendance, engagement, performance and retention. The postholder will ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied across the site, monitor HR KPIs and report regularly to senior management, and support training, development and succession planning. Candidates should have proven experience as an HR Manager, Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner, experience within manufacturing, FMCG, food production or a similar operational environment, and a CIPD qualification.

Role:

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager / Senior HR Advisor / HR Business Partner within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working within manufacturing, FMCG, food production or a similar operational environment.
• CIPD qualification
