Humanities Cover Supervisor

PK Education is recruiting Humanities Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Doncaster from January 2027 on a day-to-day or flexible supply basis, full-time or part-time, with daily rates of £100.00 to £120.00. The role involves supervising pre-planned Humanities lessons across KS3 and KS4, supporting students with History, Geography and RE activities, explaining lesson instructions, managing classroom behaviour and maintaining school expectations, and providing feedback to teaching staff. Applicants should be confident managing a classroom; Humanities graduates, aspiring teachers and experienced education professionals are particularly sought. Qualified Teacher Status is not required.

The Role

• Supervising pre-planned Humanities lessons across KS3 and KS4

• Supporting students with History, Geography and RE activities

• Encouraging students to complete assigned work

• Providing feedback to teaching staff

• Supporting general classroom cover when required
