Joiner (Social Housing)

This Joiner (Social Housing) role is based in Idle, working on long-term social housing projects fitting kitchens and bathrooms. Duties predominantly involve finishing works, alongside first and second fix joinery, kitchen installations, bathroom boxing-in, door undercutting and installing loft hatches. The position also requires carrying out basic multi-trade works, including plastering and painting where required. The rate is £23.00 per hour, with long-term, ongoing work and immediate starts available. Previous experience in social housing is desirable, along with a valid CSCS card and checkable work references. Applicants should be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Joiners - Social Housing Projects

We are currently looking for experienced Joiners to join our clients team working on long-term social housing projects fitting kitchens and bathrooms.

Duties will predominatly be finishing works but will also include:

• 1st & 2nd fix joinery
• Kitchen installations
• Bathroom boxing-in
• Door undercutting
• Installing loft hatches
• Carrying out basic multi-trade works, including plastering and painting where required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in social housing is desirable
