Junior Food Technologist

This Junior Food Technologist role is based in Melcombe Regis, commutable from Weymouth, Bridport, Dorchester, Wareham and Poole, and could suit a Food Technology, Food Science or Nutrition graduate with some industry experience and a genuine interest in food manufacturing. You will support Quality, Product and NPD activities across the factory, draft and maintain product specifications and declarations, and check artwork and labelling for accuracy and compliance. Working with suppliers, customers and internal teams, you will support continuous improvement and food safety standards while gaining practical experience of a food manufacturing environment.

Junior Food Technologist Skills / Experience Required:

• Degree/qualification in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition or similar
• Some relevant work experience, placement or industry exposure
• Good knowledge of food technology and nutrition
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to learn
