Lead Data Architect

This is a six-month contract for a Lead Data Architect based in Farnborough, working two to three days per week onsite. The role centres on migrating IBM DB2 databases to AWS Aurora PostgreSQL, alongside designing and building logical and physical data models to support business and technical requirements. You will define and implement database history, audit and retention strategies, and communicate complex data concepts clearly to business stakeholders and non-technical audiences. Experience with AWS Database Migration Service (AWS DMS) is highly desirable. The rate is £600 to £650 per day, inside IR35.
