Marketing Assistant

This is a full-time, permanent Marketing Assistant role in Saint Ives, working Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm, with a salary of £28,000 to £32,000 per annum plus excellent benefits. Joining a client that has grown positively over the last five years and is bringing its marketing function in-house for the first time, you will write and edit blog posts, update the company website, create and schedule social media posts, and create and execute email marketing campaigns. You will also monitor competitor activity, review campaign analytics, compile basic performance reports, update marketing databases, and assist with trade shows, exhibitions and promotional events.

They are seeking an experienced Marketing Assistant to join them on a full-time permanent basis working Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm.

As Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for writing and editing blog posts, raising brand awareness, updating the company website, creating and scheduling social media posts, dealing with customer engagement, monitor competitor activity and analysis, creating and executing email marketing campaigns and reviewing campaign analytics, compile basic performance reports, update marketing databases, assist with trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.

To be considered for the role of Marketing Assistant, you will have previous practical marketing experience, looking for your next challenge. You will have excellent content creation skills, a creative flair, strong verbal & written communication ability, strong attention to details and experience of using Mailchimp and Canva.

In return, our client is offering a salary of £28,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience) for the role of Marketing Assistant, 31 days paid annual leave inclusive of statutory holidays, pension after qualifying period, social events, free on-site parking, birthday day off, potential of quarterly bonuses cased on company performance
