Mechanical Contracts Manager

This role is for a Mechanical Contracts Manager based in Liverpool, covering residential and commercial projects across the North West. The position involves managing projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover, leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors across multiple projects, and overseeing programme, cost control and quality standards. The successful candidate will build and maintain relationships with clients and consultants while driving performance and supporting wider business growth. There is potential to lead the Mechanical Division as the business grows. Salary is £70,000 to £80,000 per annum.

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to oversee multiple residential and commercial projects across the North West and Liverpool region. Skills and Qualifications Required

• Proven experience in a Mechanical Contracts Manager role or similar
• Strong background in residential and apartment projects
• Commercially aware with the ability to successfully run multiple projects
• Strong leadership, organisational, and decision-making skills
• Confident in client-facing situations and stakeholder management
• Ambition to progress into a senior leadership role
