About this role
This is a mobile role for a Mobile Fabric Engineer covering multiple commercial sites across Aldersgate and the London area, with the majority within the M25 and a few outside. The successful candidate will carry out scheduled planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across numerous commercial properties, complete routine maintenance checks in line with agreed PPM schedules, and undertake scheduled maintenance tasks across various sites. You will monitor general building services and equipment to ensure they are operating correctly, and check equipment for signs of wear, deterioration or potential failure. A proven track record in planned preventative maintenance and commercial building maintenance is required.

Mobile PPM Engineer - FM Service Provider - London/M25 - Up to £38,000 PAYE or -21 P/H Umbrella
Exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM service provider situated in London. I am currently recruiting for a Mobile PPM Engineer to be based across multiple sites in the London area, working on a mixed commercial contract.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in planned preventative maintenance and commercial building maintenance.
He or she will be required to carry out scheduled planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across numerous commercial sites, with the majority within the M25 and a few outside. This position is ideal for a Mobile PPM Engineer in a similar role, and you will be expected to carry out the duties listed below. In return, the company offers a competitive salary of up to £38,000, a Van & Fuel Card, overtime and career progression.

- Carry out scheduled planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across multiple commercial properties.
- Complete routine maintenance checks in line with agreed PPM schedules.
- Undertake scheduled maintenance tasks across various commercial sites.
- Monitor general building services and equipment to ensure they are operating correctly.
- Check equipment for signs of wear, deterioration or potential failure.
- Record and report any defects or issues identified during maintenance visits.
- Complete PPM checklists, maintenance records and electronic job reports.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations and statutory requirements.

08:00 am to 17:00 pm

- Previous experience carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
