Mortgage Adviser

This is a self-employed Mortgage Adviser role based in Teversham, Cambridgeshire, with remote working and access to a Newmarket office. The position is introducer-led, providing established introducer accounts rather than requiring self-generation, with opportunities across first-time buyer, residential purchase, buy-to-let and remortgage cases. Advisers work with an extensive range of mortgage products and lenders, supported by technology and systems designed to minimise administration. Training is provided through Sesame and in-house at Capricorn, with support to achieve CAS status, plus a dedicated team leader, mentor and coach. Earnings potential of £100,000+ is stated for advisers who consistently convert the lead flow provided, with an increasing commission split as performance targets are achieved.

Earnings Potential

This is a self-employed, commission-only role with uncapped earning potential.

Who we are looking for.

You will be CeMAP qualified or equivalent, commercially ambitious, and confident converting and managing a consistent flow of client opportunities.

You should be comfortable managing clients from initial enquiry through to recommendation, application, and completion, while maintaining high standards of advice and customer outcomes.

This is not a traditional self-employed brokerage model where you are expected to find all of your own business. Capricorn provides the platform, introducer relationships, and client opportunities; your focus is on advising clients and converting those opportunities.
