This Multi Skilled Operative role in Dorset sits within a hands-on production environment, manufacturing foam components to specification. Responsibilities include operating production machinery, cutting, shaping and finishing materials to meet customer requirements, assembling components and carrying out general production duties. You will follow technical drawings, job sheets and production instructions, conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required standards, and maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment. The position requires previous manufacturing or production experience, confidence using tools and operating machinery, good attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.

Pay Rate:13.00 - -14.00 per hour

Holt Engineering is currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Operator to join a manufacturing business based in Ferndown. This is a great opportunity for someone with practical skills and manufacturing experience looking to join a hands-on production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating production machinery to manufacture foam components to specification.
