Multi Trader

This Multi Trader role in Woking involves carrying out general maintenance and refurbishment tasks across multiple trades on residential and commercial projects, working independently or within a small team. Key duties include securely installing steels, completing brick and block-work to a high standard, painting and decorating, and helping bring materials to and from site. The position requires working from job sheets and schedules, completing paperwork accurately, and ensuring all work meets health and safety standards. Candidates should have proven experience as a Multi Trader or Handyperson, with relevant trade qualifications and a CSCS card advantageous. The day rate is £140 to £190.

As a Multi Trader, you'll carry out a variety of general maintenance and refurbishment tasks across multiple trades, working independently or as part of a small team on both resdiential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help bring materials to and from site
• Securely install steels
• Complete brick and block-work to a high-standard
• Painting and decorating to a high standard
• Working from job sheets/schedules and completing paperwork accurately
• Ensuring all work meets health & safety standards
• Liaising professionally with clients/tenants on site

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader / Handyperson across several disciplines
• Relevant trade qualifications (NVQ or time-served) an advantage
• Valid CSCS card (preffered not essential)
• Own tools and reliable transport
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and manage own workload
• Good communication and customer service skills
