Pizza/Pasta Chef de Partie

This role is for a Pizza/Pasta Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef at a fine dining Italian restaurant in West London, serving authentic seasonal cuisine. Working within a brigade of ten and serving approximately 70 covers daily, the successful candidate will produce pizzas and Italian breads and assist with fresh pastas. Applicants must have held a similar position for at least two years, with previous experience in Italian or Mediterranean cuisine essential. The salary package is £38,000 to £42,000. It serves authentic seasonal cuisine with the best quality local ingredients in a cosy and elegant atmosphere.

In a brigade of 10, serving approx 70 covers a day, the team is led by an internationally renowned Executive Chef and a strong Head Chef.

You would be responsible for producing pizzas, Italian breads and assisting with the fresh pastas.

Requirements

• Held a similar position for at least 2 years
• Previous experience in Italian or Mediterranean cuisine is essential
• A motivated individual, hands on in the pizza/bread making as well as fresh pasta
• Stable background in acclaimed restaurants or hotels
