PM Shift Warehouse Supervisor

This PM Shift Warehouse Supervisor role in Rugby is a management position for a tenacious and motivating manager with experience leading large, diverse teams in a fast-paced, energetic environment. You will lead and motivate teams of up to 30 to 100 people, ensuring productivity is on target, tracking KPIs, and adhering to and monitoring Health and Safety, among other tasks. Knowledge of both warehouse and transport operations would be a distinct advantage. The busy shift requires flexibility to work across varying shift patterns, with hours of 14:00 to 22:30. Salary is £25,000 to £35,000 per annum.
