Recycling and Refuse Loader - Bank staff

This is a bank staff role based in Chertsey at Runneymede Council, working Monday to Friday, 06.30 to 15.30, with an earlier start required in hot weather. Pay is £13.00 to £13.75 per hour. Duties include loading bins and bags into the refuse vehicle, litter picking, bin deliveries, kerbside collection, green waste collection and food waste collection. The role involves walking long distances each shift, working in all weather conditions, and is physically demanding, with plenty of walking, bending and lifting. You must work well within small teams and be a good team player as well as self-motivated, as duties vary between team and individual work projects.

The Role:
