Registered Manager

This Registered Manager role in Sittingbourne involves overseeing the day-to-day management of two neighbouring residential homes. You will lead, motivate and develop staff teams, maintain high standards of person-centred care and drive continuous improvement across both services. The position also requires ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding requirements. Candidates should have previous Registered Manager experience within residential care, ideally supporting adults with learning disabilities, along with strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and complex care needs. Excellent leadership, communication and people-management skills are essential, as is a Level 5 management qualification (or willingness to work towards one) and a full UK driving licence.

Location: Sittingbourne, Kent
Salary: £46,000 - £56,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to oversee two established residential homes supporting adults with learning disabilities, complex needs and mental health conditions.

The Role

The Package

• £46,000 - £56,000 salary
