Resident Liaison Officer - 3 Months

This is a temporary, field-based Resident Liaison Officer role in Bristol with a regional retrofit social housing contractor, starting Monday 26 October and paying £18 to £19 per hour. You will spend around 95% of your time in the community, acting as the key point of contact between the project team and local residents. Responsibilities include visiting residents door-to-door to explain upcoming works, delivering letters, notices and appointment cards, collecting feedback, concerns and access preferences, and booking and confirming appointments for surveys and contractor visits. You will also log all resident interactions and report back to the project team.

Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a growing, regional, retrofit social housing contractor, who are currently looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join them on a temporary, contract-based position across Bristol.

This is a field-based role you will spend around 95% of your time out in the community, visiting residents, delivering information and arranging access for contractors.-You'll act as the key point of contact between the project team and local residents, ensuring people are informed, heard and supported throughout the works.

The role has a-start date of Monday the 26th of October and we will be paying up-to -19ph for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities:
