Room Leader

This permanent, full-time Room Leader role is based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, working 40 hours per week with a salary of up to £32,000 per annum depending on experience, qualifications and hours. You will lead your own room in a well-established Culham nursery, delivering outstanding Early Years provision and supporting your team to achieve high standards of care and education. Responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging EYFS activities, supervising and mentoring room staff, acting as Key Person for a group of children, monitoring and tracking children's development, building positive relationships with parents and families, and ensuring safeguarding and health and safety compliance.

What We're Looking For:

Essential:

• Level 3 or above in Early Years/Childcare (UK recognised)
• Proven experience in a room leader or senior practitioner role
• Strong knowledge of EYFS framework and child development
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)

Key Responsibilities:
