Senior Estimator

This Senior Estimator role is based in Castle Donington with a contractor delivering industrial, manufacturing, commercial, student accommodation, sports and leisure projects valued between £5m and £35m. The successful candidate will join an expanding pre-construction team, contributing to tendering and estimating for award-winning schemes. Salary is £80,000 to £100,000 per annum depending on experience, plus a car package, bonus and benefits including pension and healthcare. Senior Estimator - our client is searching for a Senior Estimator to join their expanding pre-construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Estimator to join a business delivering award winning schemes industrial, manufacturing, commercial, student accommodation, sports and leisure projects ranging from -5m - -35m.

Key Duties:
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations
- Lead the preparation of tenders, cost plans and project budgets
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation
- Identifying risks and opportunities in schemes

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Senior Estimator tendering projects ranging from -10m and above.
