Senior IAA Immigration Consultant - London

Job Type: Permanent

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the effective delivery and coordination of UK Immigration services to both corporate and private clients.

This is a pivotal role in the continued development and growth of the UK immigration practice, with responsibility for building strong, long-term relationships with clients and suppliers, supporting the wider immigration team, and expanding the capability, quality and scope of services offered.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

Provide professional, timely and accurate UK immigration advice, including visa options, sponsor obligations and compliance.

Monitor UK immigration legislation, policy, guidance and case law to ensure advice remains accurate and up to date.

Contribute to the growth and development of the UK immigration function, including best practice, processes and knowledge sharing.

Work with internal technology teams to develop technology-enabled workflows and automation that improve the efficiency and scalability of immigration casework.

Build strong, long-term client relationships and act as a trusted immigration adviser.

The Person

To be successful in the role, you'll have the following skills and experience:

Extensive knowledge of UK immigration legislation and policy

IAA registration at Level 1 or higher (essential requirement)

Strong team player with excellent communication skills

Relationship management and interpersonal relations

Decision making, planning and organising

Good judgement and analytical ability

Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure

Ability to multi-task

Strong attention to detail

Problem-solving and structured, analytical and disciplined approach

Flexibility and enthusiasm

The ability to build and manage relationships with peers and senior management globally
