This Senior M&E Cad Technician role is based in Cheadle Hulme, offering £40,000 to £50,000 per annum with a generous pension and healthcare. You will take ownership of BIM and Revit processes, shaping them with your ideas and expertise, and manage a team of five, including three junior AutoCAD technicians, guiding them through training and development. Responsibilities also include overseeing workload planning.
