Senior Quantity Surveyor

This permanent Senior Quantity Surveyor role is based in Central Birmingham with sites across the Midlands and UK, requiring both office and site presence. The successful candidate will manage projects to budget, handle final accounts, and demonstrate an excellent understanding of groundworks packages. Experience working on industrial shed buildings is required, alongside five to ten years of proven experience. The role reports to the regional Commercial Manager and involves providing support to an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. Flexibility to travel to other sites is essential. The salary is £50,000 to £65,000 per annum, with immediate starts available.

My client has an immediate need for an experienced QS to join their rapidly expanding team within the Midlands, Main office is located in Central Birmingham with sites located around the Midlands and UK. Suitable candidates will have a main base at Birmingham but will also need to have the flexibility to travel to other sites.

My client is a main building contractor who is rapidly expanding within the UK and is looking for someone who can hit the ground running, Suitable candidates will have an excellent understanding of groundworks packages along with final accounts, managing project to budget etc. and previous experience of working on Industrial shed buildings

This will ideally suit a candidate with 5-10 years proven experience, someone who is flexible on location of work and has previous experience of being site and office based, they will report into the regional Commercial Manager and will be providing support to an Assistant QS

Although initially a permanent position my client may consider anyone looking for a freelance position.
