Sheltered Housing Advisor

This is a temporary, ongoing role for a Sheltered Housing Scheme Advisor based in the Keswick area, working 15 hours per week across three days between Monday and Friday, at a pay rate of £15.95 per hour PAYE. The main purpose of the role is to provide daily communication with residents who live independently within the scheme, working with older adults aged 55 and over. Duties include welfare checks on residents, health and safety checks, signposting, and reporting any maintenance requirements. The role also involves providing housing management support in sheltered accommodation. Applicants must hold an enhanced DBS from the last 12 months.
