Sheltered Housing Officer

Eden Brown is seeking a highly efficient Sheltered Housing Officer for a one month contract in Chester, covering a Sheltered Scheme. The role involves providing a frontline service to residents, managing compliance processes, supporting residents with income issues, completing health and safety checks, morning calls, support plans and risk assessments, and managing voids. This will involve covering a Sheltered Scheme in Chester

The role as Sheltered Manager will involve:

- Providing a frontline service to residents within a Scheme

- Managing Compliance processes

- Supporting residents with Income issues

- Completing Heath and Safety checks

- Morning Calls

- Support Plans

- Risk Assessments

- Managing voids

Due to the nature of this role you must have Social Housing/or Social Care experience

To start this role you must have an Enhanced DBS Check
