Sheltered Housing Scheme Advisor

This is a temporary ongoing position for a Sheltered Housing Scheme Advisor based in Leeds, working 15 hours per week over three days, Monday to Friday. The pay rate is £15.95 per hour PAYE or £20.05 per hour umbrella. The role involves providing housing management support in sheltered accommodation and working with older adults aged 55 and over. Duties include welfare checks on residents, health and safety checks, ensuring fire safety compliance, signposting, reporting maintenance requirements, and maintaining a safe environment. Previous sheltered housing experience is mandatory, and applicants must hold an enhanced DBS from the last 12 months.

The main role is to provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Scheme, Duties include wellbeing checks, health and safety, ensuring fire safety compliance, reporting repairs and ensuring safe environment for residents.

Role Summary:

Previous Sheltered Housing Experience is mandatory.
