Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a civil engineering project on a drainage and structures package, with 12 months of contract work available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting out drainage works, including pipe runs, manholes and chambers.
- Setting out reinforced concrete (RC) works, including bases, foundations and structures.
- Interpreting engineering drawings and ensuring works are delivered to specification.
- Carrying out as-built surveys, quality checks and maintaining accurate site records.
- Liaising with site management and subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely and accurately.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Site Engineer on civil engineering projects.
- Strong setting-out experience in drainage and RC works.
- Competent with total stations, GPS and levelling equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Relevant CSCS card.
Contract Details:
- 12-month contract
- Competitive day rate, dependent on experience
